  • Well-established award-winning youth work team
  • Supportive and collaborative working environment
  • Dynamic settings – schools, church, community

Young people need our support, perhaps never more so. As a global community we’ve experienced unprecedented challenges and change over the past two years and within youth culture we continue to feel the implications.

We aim to walk with young people during exam periods and everyday life, through times of struggle with friendships and family life, with faith and identity, with on and offline communities, through the inevitable highs and lows that being a young person brings.

For over 20 years we have been meeting young people at their point of need and supporting them in reaching their potential as they find direction and purpose in their lives. We provide this ongoing and evolving support through the settings of church, schools, and communities.

We recruit those who are passionate about taking the love of Christ out to young people and meeting them wherever they are, be-it an after-school club, youth café, midweek youth group, worship space or on the streets.

With young people there is no ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach so bring your unique personality and giftings and join us as we continue to build on over 20 years of faithfully supporting children and young people in Godalming and the surrounding areas.

Open positions

We are recruiting!
Children’s/youth worker – Wowza after school club – Monday (term time) 3pm-4:30pm
Wowza is a well-established after school club set in a local junior school where children view segments of a popular animation then consider the themes from these and how our Christian faith speaks into them. The children (Y3-6) also enjoy card games and craft. Nice chilled session.

Youth worker – Loseley Fields Youth Café – Monday nights (term time) 6pm-8:30pm
This provision has served local young people of secondary school age since its launch in 2008. Classic youth club format: pool and table tennis, console, board games and access to trained youth workers, with an outdoor space open to us in the summer term. Young people attending are mainly current Year 7 so an excellent opportunity to establish and build long-term relationships.

Outreach worker - Friday afternoons (term time) 4pm-5pm (extended hours summer term)
We launched an outreach initiative back in 2014 and have had a consistent presence on the streets and in outdoor spaces since then. Our current focus is in the Aaron’s Hill area in partnership with the Godalming Youth Service where we pool resources to provide outdoor activities for local children and young people, supported by a mobile provision.

Youth worker – Friday Night Social – Friday evenings (term time) from 7pm-9:30pm
The Friday Night Social is a collaboration between Trinity Trust and the Godalming Minster team where over 30 teens and tweens gather on Friday nights to chill & chat, play tabletop games, football and basketball outdoors in the summer term. Rapidly growing project since its launch in December 2023.

If you are interested in some or all of these opportunities email Andy on andy@trinitytrustteam.co.uk for an informal discussion.
